1. Intelligent One-Click Size Switching
The system is pre-stored with multiple standard and custom purlin parameter models. Operators only need to select the required specifications on the touch screen. The equipment will automatically complete the adjustment of thickness, width and forming parameters in a short time. It supports free switching between multiple C-type and Z-type specifications, greatly shortening model conversion time and improving production flexibility.
2. High Precision & Stable Forming
Equipped with high-precision forming groups and automatic calibration system, the production line maintains excellent product dimensional accuracy during frequent size switching. The finished C/Z purlins have uniform forming, flat surface and consistent tolerance, fully meeting the manufacturing standards of North American construction projects.
3. Full-Automatic Integrated Production
The whole line realizes automatic feeding, leveling, forming, punching, cutting and outputting. The one-stop production mode reduces manual intervention, effectively reduces labor costs, and greatly improves production efficiency and product qualification rate.
